Aikido Martial Arts classes for kids and adults Tues & Fri at the Wellness Centre. First classes of the year are on Tuesday 3rd Jan / Friday 6th Jan.
Kids #1 Tues 4:00-5:00pm
Kids #2 Tues 5:00-6:00pm
Kids #3 Fri 5:00-6:00pm
Adults Tues/Fri 6:00-7:30pm

Aikido is a dynamic, non-aggressive Japanese martial art suitable for all. It is not about fighting, winning or losing. We welcome new and returning students for the Winter/Spring session running until March break.
Class size will be limited, so please register early.
Location: Wellness Centre, 120 Hereford Ave.
Fees are as follows.
Kids: $30/mo ($90 for the session)
Adults: $60/mo ($180 for the session)
Unwaged/Low income: $30/mo ($90 for the session).
